混合油蒸发技术

负压蒸发工艺的应用,使蒸脱机二次蒸汽的余热得以充分利用,蒸汽喷射泵的废气补充,使第一蒸发器不需补充新鲜蒸汽;利用汽提塔的高温出口毛油加热一蒸出口混合油,提高二蒸的进口温度,进一步节能;蒸发温度低,毛油残溶低,颜色浅,无磷脂析出,蒸发器、汽提塔不易结垢;

    卧式不锈钢多管程冷凝器的使用,溶剂回收率高,冷凝器的配备面积减少,节省固定资产的投资;节能器的使用,可进一步降低蒸脱冷凝器的负荷,提高新鲜溶剂的温度和分水箱排放废水的温度,节省部分能最;蒸煮罐的使用可使排放的废水中的溶剂含最达到最低。

 

Technology of negative pressure evaporation make it to full use of residual heat of secondary steam. Waste steam made up to 1-stage Evaporator makes it unnecessary to make up fresh steam to it.

Miscella coming from 1-stage Evaporator is heated by high temperature oil coming from Oil Stripper, this greatly increases miscella temperature going to the 2-stage Evaporator and reduces energy consumption. The expander can reduce evaporation temperature and solvent residue in crude oil. It is not easy to scale in the evaporator and oil stripper.

Horizontal stainless steel multi-shell condenser used makes solvent recovery more, reduces the covered area thus reduces cost and investment. Vapor contactor used can reduce the load of DT condenser and increase temperature of fresh solvent and waste water let out. Boiling Tank used ensures that solvent content in waste water is reduced to bottom.
